ENDURANCE: This is to build up your cardio pulmonary reserve and stamina to let you do things without losing your breath.


STABILITY: This is essential to prevent falls , especially in the elderly. Also helps you maintain the right posture.


STRENGTH TRAINING: This has a lot of benefits but when it comes to Ortho it is about preventing bone and muscle loss.
