Any exercise program that you want to undertake has to address 4 Essential Components. Remember it with the acronym FESS .


FLEXIBILITY: This is to ensure that all your movements are intact and remain pain-free.


ENDURANCE: This is to build up your cardio pulmonary reserve and stamina to let you do things without losing your breath.


STABILITY: This is essential to prevent falls , especially in the elderly. Also helps you maintain the right posture.


STRENGTH TRAINING: This has a lot of benefits but when it comes to Ortho it is about preventing bone and muscle loss.


Always speak to your doctor before commencing a work out program. Initially before you master the techniques it is always advisable to do it under supervision of a trained professional.
